Everyone is looking for that perfect cheesecake. I think what is going to get you to perfection is really all about the perfect topping. I know some experts will argue that texture is what drives their hunt for the perfect cheesecake. Dense or lighter texture? They are all good to me. What counts is the sauce. You can bypass my cheesecake (even though I think it’s pretty darn good) but don’t bypass this sauce. Serves 8
